The Polder Consortium helps organizations build the capacity to collaborate through clarity, trust, and interoperation.
The Language Development and Bible Movements are fundamentally about seeing people, communities, countries, and the world transformed through the power of critical truths communicated in the language of the heart. This is an aspiration that cannot be realized without well orchestrated collaboration. However, "operationalizing" collaborative strategies in multi-cultural and multi-organizational partnerships requires focus, understanding, clear communication, and trust; things that can be challenging to establish.
We aid communities of organizations in the establishment of environments of clarity, trust, and interoperation that form the basis for collaboration. We provide services that help decision makers achieve clarity by understanding and communicating about their context, structures, and systems. We foster communities of practitioners in the disciplines that play a key role in organizational collaborations: Business Architecture, Risk Management, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Finance.
